The municipal botanical garden, the Hamamatsu
Flower Park, has the catch phrase “The Flower
Library”. You are welcomed by a huge variety of
flower all throughout the year. There are many as
50 flower beds which bloom colorful flowers all year
around. The largest flower bed includes a large
fountain. There are also impressive flower colections
such as a huge green house where you can see
tropical plants collected from all over the world and an
iris garden in the Japonese garden.
